Autism Aber was founded in 2015 by myself, Olivia Richards. It began when both my Husband, Chris and I received a combined diagnosis for our eldest child of Autism spectrum disorder. Wanting to seek help at this phase, and perhaps in doing so, help other parents /carers of autistic children, the now Facebook group was formed, which is still very successful to this day. 

Autism Aber via Facebook now sits alongside Autism Aberystwyth via Instagram, as well as my upcoming book 'Archie boy' due for release this year.

Whilst I very much enjoy writing, I do feel that some more 'hands on' awareness of ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) can be raised. Whether it be schools seeking additional support, or parents/schools/businesses wanting to learn and understand more about the autism spectrum.
